Well, I have yet to understand exactly how they do this but heres what I know: they often have around 1-2 mill in their account, if they lose that they will get a transfer from other players. I calculated what the max withdrawal is if you were to withdrawal the max amount every week and it adds up to only 500k so Full Tilt must allow the high stake players to withdrawal any amount. I think Isildur1 is sitting with around 5 mill in his account at the moment.
