@ProTNAWrestler if the hand is down to two people, then the betting can only go as high as the lowest player. if you were to add another person to this scenario, then your friend could raise, which creates a separate pot that you are not apart of. However, you are still eligible for the original pot that you went all-in on

@proTNAWrestler Nah mate, I’m pretty sure that if you raise all in then he has to call it i.e equal to the amount you put in. I’m pretty sure he cannot raise.

high card, which would be player 1s ace.
so the showdown would look like
player 1- 9,9,4,4,A
player 2-9,9,4,4,Q (the 3s have on where to go!) so player 1 wins. when I said split before I meant to say steal, as player 2 had it until the river. a split of the pot would have happened if player 2 had A,3. hope this helps -

@bekimsp
two pair win.it is always better than one the one pair, (even if the communities pair is bigger, which I think is confusing you.)
to play it out check what they would do to make their 5.
player 1- 10,10,5,5,7
player 2- 10,10,A,8,7
the second pair beats the skeletonsnow heres a situation that would split
player 1-A,K
player 2-Q,3
board- 3,4,4,9,9while player 2 technically has more pairs, you cant fit 3 pairs into a 5 card hand
so it would be the 2 highest pairs and the remaing -

Please explain:
TABLE/COMMUNITY: 10 - 10 - 5 - 4 - 7
PLAYER 1 has: 5 - 2
PLAYER 2 has: A - 8
Who is the winner in this case? Although the first player has TWO PAIRS (10-10 and 5-5 one from hand) and the second player has only one pair (10 - 10 from the table and none from his hand). Who is the winner in this case? Aren’t these two players chopping the pot because the pair of the 5 is smaller than the pair of 10 on the table and in this case the pair of 5 is falling?
Thanks!
